Hotels and setting

You will spend with 3 nights at Gli Alberi del Paradiso, an intimate hotel close to the historic center of Cefalù, a beautiful coastal town of narrow medieval streets, small squares, marvellous beaches and historic sights.

Then, drive through Sicily's haunting interior to the heart of Sicilian baroque, for 3 nights at the at Locanda Don Serafino, a small boutique hotel in the heart of Ragusa's historic centre, rich in churches and mansions in the Late Sicilian Baroque style. On the way take a break at the famous Roman Villa Casala near Piazza Armerina, thought to have the best collection of Roman mosaics in the world!

Finish your holiday with 4 nights at the Hotel Monte Tauro, a stylish hotel overlooking the Mediterranean sea in the heart of magical Taormina, and with shops, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep.

Golf
You will have plenty of time to test your golf prowess at Sicily's two international standard golf courses - Il Picciolo's Golf Club, a challenging course right on the slopes of Mount Etna and, Le Madonie Golf Club, set above Tyrrhenean Sea looking with views out to the Aeolian Islands and the national reserve of the Madonie Hills.

Excursions
In Ragusa you will be treated to a very Sicilian olive oil degustazione at the hotel as well as a delicious gourmet 5 course meal at Don Serafino's famous hotel's restaurant, recognised as one of Sicily's best restaurants for its food and wines.
