Hotels and Setting
You will spend 4 nights at the Agriturismo Il Borgo, a restored manor house in the Sicilian countryside between Mount Etna and Taormina, and set on a hill looking across the valley to the Ionian Sea, above the famous Alcantara River. The Agriturismo Il Borgo is intimate, pleasant and quiet and an easy drive away from the restaurants, bars and shopping of Taormina, the beaches of the Ionian Sea and many picturesque medieval hilltop villages.

Next you will drive through Sicily's haunting centre to Piazza Armerina to stay at Agriturismo "Torre di Renda", a lovely 17th century farmhouse and a great base for sightseeing. The famous Roman Villa Casala with its magnificent roman mosaics and the archaeological site of the ancient Greek town of Morgantina are close by.

Finally, you will stay 4 nights at Agriturismo Villa Cefala', where you will be spoiled with privacy, comfort and Sicilian hospitality at this beautiful Villa, built in 1778 by Count Pilo of Capaci. And as Villa Cefala' is an easy drive to both Palermo and Cefalu', there are countless restaurants, bars and fascinating Sicilian historical sites right on your doorstep.

Golf
You will have plenty of time to test your golf prowess at Sicily's two international standard golf courses - Il Picciolo's Golf Club, a challenging course right on the slopes of Mount Etna and, Le Madonie Golf Club, set above Tyrrhenean Sea looking with views out to the Aeolian Islands and the national reserve of the Madonie Hills.

Excursion
